Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denver

The Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denver, also known as the Latviešu evaņģēliski luteriskā baznīca Denverā in Latvian, is a Christian institution that serves the Latvian community in Denver, Colorado. Through its activities, the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denver serves as a bridge between the Word of God and life, providing a space for individuals to hear the Good News, enjoy fellowship, and grow together while maintaining a connection to their Latvian identity.

 

The Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denver conducts regular worship services every Sunday at 9:30am MT in both Latvian and English. Fellowship and a Bible Study follow most services. A livestream of every service is available and can be viewed later on YouTube.

 

The church's mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all, and especially for those interested in Latvian culture. We want to grow in  our knowledge of the Lord while keeping a connection with the Latvian cultural roots within which we were created. It aims to be a spiritual home where the Latvian community can come together, find hope, and share their faith and cultural heritage.
